Service Description

This package is designed for the bride who may have already completed all of her planning and needs help on the day of. •Initial consultation with the bride and groom, complimentary •At least one planning meetings between clients and planner •One initial introductory contact to all Vendor 2-3 weeks prior to the wedding •One visit to site of both wedding and reception venue to go over setup •Answer etiquette questions •Provide a list of preferred vendors as needed for the couple: -Baker -Caterer -Florist -Musicians -Photographer -Rental Facilities -Videographer -Wedding Attire (bridal shops, etc.) -Officiate -Transportation •Prepare itineraries to be provided to vendors •Final meeting covering all details with client, the month of the wedding or the week prior to the wedding. • Lastly make sure the Couples special day runs as planned
