•Initial consultation complimentary •At least one planning meetings between clients and planner •One initial introductory contact to all Vendor •One site visit to site to go over setup and review contracts •Answer logistic questions •Provide a list of preferred vendors as needed for the couple: ◦Baker ◦Caterer ◦Florist ◦DJ's ◦Photographer ◦Rental Facilities ◦Videographer ◦Decorations •Final meeting covering all details with client, one week prior to event. • Oversee vent to make sure the everything go as planned
